Chargebacks or cancellations can be made at least 48 hours in advance of the reservation date.
In case of cancellation, we request that you contact the restaurant by e-mail and wait for our response. Contact emails for questions or cancellation requests are answered on the restaurant's operating days, from Wednesday to Sunday. Please note that the minimum time period for requesting cancellation does not include response time by email. The chargeback deadline is subject to your credit card policy
